Then the St. Karli day school looks forward to your application. Your tasks You look after individual children or groups during the lunch break, including lunch. You maintain communication with the teachers and care team during lunchtime. You are a reliable and constant reference person for the children in everyday life. You complete your annual working hours during school weeks, Monday to Friday between 11:00 and 14:00 (also possible in a reduced workload). Your profile You have experience working with children (4–13 years) and ideally have a pedagogical qualification. You can empathise with the children’s world and enjoy working with heterogeneous groups. You are empathetic, appreciative, and team-oriented. You have an interest in the approach of New Authority. You actively contribute to shaping the St. Karli day school. You communicate clearly and transparently and act creatively and solution-oriented.
