Employee in Work Operation 80 - 100% Correctional Services and Reintegration (JuWe) is part of the Directorate of Justice and the Interior of the Canton of Zurich and employs around 1,400 women and men with diverse professional profiles. JuWe is responsible for penal and measure enforcement as well as the implementation of various types of detention. For JuWe employees, the successful social reintegration of offenders and the prevention of recidivism are of particular importance. The Main Department of Remand Prisons Zurich (UGZ) - one of eight main departments of JuWe - currently operates seven prisons for remand and security detention. One of these prisons is Limmattal Prison (GFL), located in the Dietikon district building, which together with the Horgen Prison Department (GFH) offers 121 places for detainees. In addition to a department for adult detainees, the GFL has a strictly separated youth department as well as a crisis intervention department. To complement our team in the work operation, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, limited until 30 April 2027.
