Member of the Bank Council of the Cantonal Bank of Graubünden Cantonal Bank of Graubünden | Chur For 1 April 2027, the Government of the Canton of Graubünden is seeking a member of the Bank Council of the Cantonal Bank of Graubünden Responsibilities As a member of the Bank Council – the supreme body of BCG composed of seven members – you are responsible for the strategic management of the Bank. Your duties include in particular: establishing the principles of corporate strategy and the framework for business activities approving risk policy and supervising risk management and compliance with regulatory obligations appointing members of the management and overseeing them as well as the person responsible for internal audit and the Chief Risk Officer exercising responsibility for salary and personnel policy controlling and approving the annual accounts, budget and use of profits other tasks according to federal law and the BCG Act You are expected to join the Audit and Risk Committee of the Bank Council. Required profile You have solid expertise in economics and finance with a specialisation in the banking sector and corresponding experience. A profound understanding of banking interrelations along the value creation chain as well as in-depth knowledge of key management and risk aspects are expected. Experience in the strategic development of financial institutions as well as in managing relevant market dynamics and competition is also assumed.
