Your Tasks In this versatile role, you will take on medical-administrative, organisational and guest-oriented tasks. These include:You personally, warmly and discreetly welcome, accompany and care for our international guests in the medical area You coordinate appointments, treatments and processes between guests, doctors, therapists, nursing, clinic, front office, spa, housekeeping and other hotel departments You reliably perform administrative tasks such as correspondence, reports, letters, documentation and the careful maintenance of the respective systems You correctly and carefully invoice medical services You carefully carry out HBOT treatments, InBody measurements as well as minor medical activities such as occasional dressing changes and ECGs You actively ensure clear, appreciative and solution-oriented communication across departmental boundaries in everyday life Your Profile A completed basic medical training, ideally as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, is a prerequisite for this role. Experience in an upscale service environment additionally forms the basis of your profile.
