How you’ll make an impact Design Support: Assist in developing mechanical designs by applying engineering standards and ensuring accuracy in project specifications Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers to contribute to solutions tailored to customer and market needs Manufacturing Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing sites, helping ensure designs meet required specifications Project Involvement: Support testing, installation, and commissioning activities under the guidance of experienced engineers Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and analyzing design or product-related issues, contributing to continuous improvement Your background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Around one year of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in transformers or a similar industry CAD Skills: Proficiency in CAD tools; knowledge of Creo, AutoCAD, and Windchill is an advantage Ability to read and interpret technical (including electrical) diagrams Fluency in Italian and English More about us Our flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.
