Senior level Product Engineering for high performance miniature circuit breakers comprising pre-studies, planning, evaluation, and development of key product features, requiring broad technical engineering knowledge You will be mainly responsible for: -Coordinate tasks in a cross-functional teams to investigate problems, develop solutions, and prepare recommendations in the role of lead engineer or project manager -Analyze technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to support the decision-making process **Qualifications for the role:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Precision Engineering/Mechatronics or a related field. - Strong technical knowledge of the following disciplines: Mechanical and electrical system of low voltage products - Design of mechanical and electrical interfaces - Plastic and metallic parts design - Manual and automated assembly processes for low voltage components - You have a good understanding of Project Management methodologies with proven experience - You have experience in working with global suppliers, manufacturing and engineering resources - You have good understanding of design for manufacturing and assembly - You have very good knowledge of the use of CAD software (preferably Solidworks) as well as very good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Project) - You feel comfortable communicating in German and English (spoken and written) and have strong communication skills - You have a high degree of self-motivation, you are a quick learner and work in a results-oriented manner with a positive attitude - You have at least 6 years of professional experience in the relevant field
