What you can achieve You prepare the plant for production and ensure a smooth start. During production, you keep an eye on the filling plant and ensure a consistent process. You are responsible for the further packaging of the products up to the handover to logistics. In case of minor malfunctions, you intervene yourself and contribute ideas to improve the processes. You carefully observe our high quality, hygiene, and safety standards. You actively help in the team and contribute to everything working hand in hand. What you bring with you You have training in the food sector or experience as a machine operator. You also enjoy working with modern equipment and have a good technical understanding. Your reliable, responsible, and careful way of working characterises you. Team spirit, openness, and willingness to get involved describe you well. You have a strong awareness of hygiene and a sense of quality. Your willingness to work shifts (early, late, and night shifts, latest shift until Saturday morning 5:00 am) shows your flexibility, and you possess a driving licence and your own vehicle.
