Join RUAG's System Engineering team for Pilatus PC-6 and PC-7! Enjoy a dynamic work environment and contribute to aviation safety. Tasks Manage and update approved maintenance documentation and licenses. Analyze maintenance data and manage system obsolescence. Handle small design projects and create 2D drawings for modifications. Skills Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electronic engineering. Strong computer skills including MS Office, SAP, and AutoCAD/CATIA. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. Here is where you can make a difference For the Pilatus PC-6 and PC-7 systems, the System Engineering department provides assistance and support in the following areas: Management and updating of "approved data", including: Maintenance documentation (manuals, work instructions in paper and digital format), including the related licences Service bulletins, service letters and airworthiness instructions for all systems and subsystems Management of maintenance plans for both fleets Management of materials within the scope of the modification service ReportsData analysis in the maintenance and fault-finding sector Management of obsolescence of main systems and auxiliary instruments Management of small design projects in the field of modifications or special equipment (including the creation of 2D drawings) Your requirements Completed vocational training with higher education (higher vocational schools/universities of applied sciences) or a bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electronic engineering Excellent IT skills (MS Office, SAP, AutoCAD/CATIA etc.) Excellent command of Italian, good knowledge of German (level B1) and English (level B2) as well as French (A2) Swiss citizenship mandatory for this position for security reasons Experience in the aerospace sector is an advantage Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit Flexibility and ability to adapt to different working situations Strong analytical skills and an independent, solution-oriented working style Salary and additional benefits About 3000 employees of RUAG and RUAG Real Estate contribute significantly every day to the security of Switzerland.
