Job Description Precise hand soldering of SMD, THT and multilayer components according to manufacturing documents. Repair, rework and modification of electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards. Conducting visual inspections and quality controls. Support in process optimisation and contact person for soldering-related questions. Compliance with safety, ESD and quality standards. Qualifications Several years of experience in hand soldering is mandatory Sound knowledge in soldering complex component types (e.g. BGA, Micro BGA, Glass BGA, QFP, package size 0201 or cross-section AWG 30) Confident handling of soldering stations, microscopes and ESD-compliant working Valid IPC-A-610 certificate is a prerequisite Knowledge of IPC 7711/7721 is an advantage Precise, reliable and team-oriented working style Additional Information Flat hierarchies, direct communication and a corporate culture characterised by integrity, courage and responsibility.
