Coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration for process optimization. Skills Qualified pharmacist with leadership experience in hospital settings. The modern digitalised hospital pharmacy is seeking a new head of the pharmacy for a clinic with 462 beds. You will lead a highly motivated team and ensure the supply of medicines. From August 2026 or by arrangement, you will take over responsibility for our existing committed team as Responsibilities Professional responsibility and organisational development of the hospital pharmacy Ensuring a legally compliant, efficient, operational and economical supply of medicinal products Coordination of interfaces between nursing, medical staff (e.g. clinical pharmacy), IT and hospital pharmacy to optimise processes and interprofessional collaboration Project participation: This includes digitalisation projects such as the implementation of closed-loop procedures in the PDAG Organisation in updating the QM system, with the aim of promoting treatment quality and patient safety from admission to discharge Leadership tasks/expertise in interdisciplinary commissions (hygiene commission, drug commission, etc.) and authorities Personnel management and development Profile Swiss federal diploma pharmacist or equivalent MEBEKO recognised foreign qualification with cantonal professional practice permit and preferably FPH hospital pharmacy title Leadership experience, preferably in the hospital pharmacy sector, and CAS Leadership / Management desirable High social competence, resilience and sense of responsibility Structured, solution-oriented, independent and innovative working style Open to new things and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration Enthusiasm and initiative to actively shape and optimise the patient-oriented medication process in the "Closed Loop" project Very good MS Office skills, experience with master data maintenance and knowledge of Business Central (BC) advantageous Benefits Questions about the position?
