Department management (4 teams with a total of 17 employees at 3 locations worldwide) Coordination and support of internal interfaces regarding compliance with deadlines and quality Capacity and resource planning of all design capacities Continuous development of the product range Defining design standards Technical control and approval of all design work Your background? Completed training as a mechanical engineering technician HF or mechanical engineer FH Several years of solid leadership experience Fluent German and English at B2 level Very good CAD skills (SolidWorks) as well as solid PLM experience Experience with Lean Management is an advantage What do we offer?
