Join the Zurich Road Traffic Office, ensuring traffic safety. Great opportunity to lead a dynamic team and make impactful changes. Tasks Lead and develop nearly 30 staff across various service areas. Oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth operations. Manage safety and health organization across nine locations. Head of Infrastructure and Services 80 - 100% At the Road Traffic Office of the Canton of Zurich, around 460 employees work at nine locations. Our task is traffic safety in the Canton of Zurich. We are responsible for the approval and inspection of vehicles and ships, for driving tests, for administrative measures, and for collecting traffic fees. To ensure that internal services and our locations function flawlessly, we are looking for a Head of Infrastructure and Services 80 – 100% Your tasks - Leadership and further development of nearly 30 employees across two management levels in the areas of "Building Technology & Project Management", "Facility Services", "Logistics & Procurement" as well as "Catering" - Management, coordination, and overall responsibility for construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects - Ensuring smooth, service-oriented, and safe operations and internal services at our nine locations - Leading and participating in committees, projects, and working groups - Responsible for the organisation of safety and health protection Your profile - Technical, operational, or facility-related educational background, for example in Facility Management (FH or HFP), Building Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field - Enjoyment of and experience in leadership and working with diverse people - Practical experience in senior roles in construction and infrastructure projects - High social competence and a service-oriented working style - Independent, structured work organisation and a good sense of priorities and pragmatic solutions Our offer - A versatile leadership role with great scope for design - A motivated and well-coordinated team - A secure workplace in a future-oriented environment - Attractive employment conditions and support for further training Application Are you ready for the next step?
