Join a dynamic team managing an CHF 800M real estate portfolio. Drive sustainable development in urban infrastructure and quality of life. Tasks Lead a finance and controlling department with two team members. Oversee accounting, VAT, budgeting, and reporting processes. Support investment projects and develop financial management tools. About the job Head of Finance & Controlling Real Estate Division 80-100% With a diverse real estate portfolio valued at over CHF 800 million, the Real Estate Division makes a significant contribution to the urban infrastructure and quality of life. For the financial management and further development of our division, we are looking for a committed and empathetic leader. Would you like to take on responsibility and actively contribute to the sustainable development of our real estate? Then we have the right position for you! Your Tasks Organisational, professional and personnel management (2 people) and further development of the Finance & Controlling department Responsibility for accounts receivable and payable, VAT returns, preparation of forecasts and annual accounts as well as investment and budget planning including reporting Financial support and controlling of investment projects as well as participation in city-wide projects Development and further enhancement of control instruments and key figures for the financial management of the Real Estate Division Preparation of decision-making bases for the division management, department management, city council and parliament Your Profile University degree or equivalent education/training in finance or business administration (Federal Certificate in Finance and Accounting) Several years of professional experience in finance and controlling, ideally with leadership experience and sound knowledge in accounting, financial planning, budgeting and project controlling, accounting and financial statements High IT affinity and proficient use of ERP systems (Abacus advantageous) Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as a pronounced understanding of business contexts and digitalisation topics High personal responsibility, strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders What We Offer Meaningful, varied and responsible area of work with opportunities for shaping Modern workplace in an urban, emerging district near Winterthur main station Annual working hours and possibility for home office Diverse range of internal training courses Equality, diversity and inclusion Contact Your questions about the position will be gladly answered by Sulamith Knellwolf, Head of Real Estate Division, Tel. +41 52 267 26 92.
