Bülach, a city with tradition since 1384, is a vibrant center. Tasks Lead the assessment service with a team of nine professionals. Develop the assessment service for better community support. Conduct legal research and manage case documentation effectively. Skills A degree in social work or law and leadership experience required. As a professionally independent authority, the KESB Bülach Nord is responsible for 16 municipalities for all first-instance decisions in child and adult protection. We are looking for a competent and engaging personality as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks Personnel, professional and organisational management of the assessment service (currently nine employees from the disciplines of law & social work) Further development of the assessment service Participation in and leadership of working groups and projects Fact-finding, legal research, correspondence, recording of hearings and drafting of decisions in the assigned cases for the authority Providing telephone legal advice Your profile University degree, ideally in social work or law Several years of professional and leadership experience, preferably in a KESB, an administration or at a court Independent, resilient, flexible and networked thinking personality Strong communication skills and confident German in spoken and written form High social competence and empathy with people in challenging life situations Enjoyment in taking responsibility and making a difference You can expect Challenging, meaningful activity as a leader and specialist in a demanding and socially important environment A motivated and competent team that supports each other An open and appreciative corporate culture Attractive employment conditions as well as diverse fringe benefits Interested?
