Plan and conduct engaging activities for learning and fun. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Skills A Real- or Sekundarschulabschluss is required; patience is key. Great observational skills and attention to detail are essential. Teamwork and resilience are crucial for this role. Your new role As a childcare specialist with a focus on children, you accompany children aged 4 to 12 in their daily lives and support them in their holistic development. The promotion of linguistic, intellectual and motor skills as well as social behaviour and personality development are central to this. You organise the daily routine age- and situation-appropriately with a mix of guided activities and free play. You plan individual and group activities and create an environment where children can have diverse learning experiences. In doing so, you support the children in developing individually while also finding their place in the group. Your work requires empathy, a sense of responsibility and joy in working with people.
