Your area of responsibility You work in the sales shop but are also part of the sales team on the phone and by email. In customer conversations, you advise our customers and sell them building materials, tools, machines and workwear. You handle complaints, repairs, returns and spare parts deliveries in a customer-oriented manner. At customer events and sales promotions, you can let your creativity run free.
