In order to reinforce the Learning & Development team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a **LEARNING CONTENT DESIGNER 100%** ## Job description ## * **Design and develop product learning content** that simplifies movements, complications, materials, and craftsmanship for diverse retail audiences. * **Create storytelling-driven learning modules** that bring brand heritage, craftsmanship, and collection narratives to life. * **Develop customer excellence training programs** focused on luxury behaviors, emotional intelligence, and elevated client interactions. * **Build coaching tools and learning resources** to support store managers and trainers in reinforcing learning on the shop floor. * **Produce blended learning journeys** combining digital, virtual, and in-person formats for global deployment. * **Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Retail teams** to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and operational relevance. * **Leverage learning analytics** to measure impact, optimize content, and enhance learner engagement across markets. ## Profile ## * Bachelor-s degree or equivalent experience. * 3 to 5 years minimum experience in learning design, retail training, or brand education (luxury, fashion or watches preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite & LMS Platform. ## Professional requirements ## * Strong skills in instructional design, storytelling, and content creation * Ability to simplify complex technical topics and craft engaging narratives * A passion for craftsmanship, retail excellence, and elevating the client experience * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ## Languages ## * Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus ## Contact ## If you feel this challenging opportunity meets your profile and expectations, please click on the APPLY link to send us your CV in English and other documents. **SWATCH Ltd.** Human Resources Nicolas G.
