Become part of our team as Schwarzenburg In this exciting role, you are responsible for the operational procurement of electronic components and assemblies within defined product groups. You develop and implement sustainable purchasing and supplier strategies, ensure supply security, and make an important contribution to cost optimisation, quality improvement, and value creation for our company. Your area of responsibility Independent procurement of electronic components, printed circuit boards, assemblies, and related services Active participation in obsolescence management of electronic components Obtaining, checking, and comparing offers as well as conducting price and condition negotiations within the defined framework Triggering, monitoring, and tracking orders including deadline and delivery control Ensuring material availability taking into account stock levels, demand planning, and production requirements Maintaining supplier and article data in SAP Handling delivery deviations, complaints, and invoice discrepancies Close cooperation with production, scheduling, development, and quality assurance Supporting the optimisation of purchasing processes and supplier performance Your profile Completed commercial or technical training with further education in purchasing or comparable qualification Several years of experience in operational purchasing, ideally in the electronics or industrial environment Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office Technical understanding of electronic components and assemblies Negotiation skills, confident appearance, assertiveness, and a structured way of working Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken High resilience and pronounced hands-on mentality combined with a sense of responsibility and reliability Strong communication skills and team orientation We offer you a trusting, open, and partnership-based corporate culture flexitime and home office options attractive pension plans free parking Gilgen Door Systems AG | 3150 Schwarzenburg | www.gilgendoorsystems.com Interested?
