Your tasks * Leading, scheduling, and coordinating a team of up to 6 employees * Ensuring smooth daily operations for our customers in the window logistics sector * Active participation in handling, loading, and general logistics activities * Supporting the team in daily operational business * Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations * Performing minor administrative tasks and reporting * Contributing to the optimisation of processes and workflows What you bring * Several years of experience in logistics, ideally with leadership experience * Good MS Office skills, SAP an advantage * Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively pitch in * Independent, reliable, and structured working style * Organisational talent and sense of responsibility * Good German language skills, spoken and written * Physical resilience and enjoyment of practical work * Weather resistance, as part of the activity takes place outdoors * Awareness of quality, hygiene, and occupational safety Is this exactly your thing?
