Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. ## Job Description ## * Lead the civil engineering scope for Waste-to-X projects within a civil consortium or EPC civil works package. * Coordinate civil design interfaces with consortium partners, subcontractors, internal engineering teams, clients, and authorities. * Manage design activities during procurement and execution phases for civil, structural, geotechnical, architectural, and infrastructure packages. * Ensure smooth collaboration between civil engineering disciplines and project stakeholders throughout design and construction. * Support preparation of civil procurement packages, including technical and commercial contract requirements. * Assist in contractor negotiations and respond to technical queries during procurement and project execution. * Report project progress to project management and operations teams while supporting claim management activities. * Travel up to 10% as required for project coordination and execution. ## Qualifications ## * Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. * Minimum 5+ years of experience in EPC, construction, or large industrial projects as a Design Engineer. * Proven project management capabilities; PM certifications are an advantage. * Strong knowledge of international civil engineering design and construction codes and standards. * Experience with structural design software and 3D BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. * Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. * Assertive and decisive personality with experience working in remote and multicultural teams. * Fluent in English, French, German or any additional languages are a plus. ## Additional Information ## **We offer** - Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity - Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company - Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy - Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines - Excellent employment conditions - Attractive working place (central, good transport links) - Modern infrastructure For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
