Responsibilities: Your tasks: Personalised and professional advice to customers on site and by phone Ensuring a personalised welcome and support for each customer Processing orders, quotes and customer requests Assisting the technical team during the delivery and assembly of fitness equipment Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Requirements: You are passionate about fitness products, enjoy sales, are enthusiastic and action-oriented, organised, have good interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork, then join our Fitshop team! Minimum required level: high school diploma (and above). Good knowledge of English is a plus. Possession of commercial and sports training is an advantage.
