Handle orders and inquiries for insulation and sealing materials. Assist with administrative tasks and customer complaints. Skills Commercial training or experience in a similar role. Fluent in Swiss German, with strong communication skills. Proficient in modern IT tools, including MS Office. As reinforcement for our team in the future customer service centre, we are looking at our Boswil/AG location for an immediate start or by arrangement for a Customer Advisor Service Centre 100 % Your Tasks With your friendly, helpful manner, you are the first point of contact for our customers on the phone. You receive orders as well as enquiries about insulation and sealing materials and other accessories and process them independently. You take on all sales-related as well as general administrative tasks and ensure a smooth process. In the case of complaints and billing questions, you find solution-oriented answers and reliably maintain master data. You work closely with your future team, the field service and technical support. Your Profile You have a commercial education or bring experience in a comparable role. German (Swiss German) is your mother tongue. You are communicative, service-oriented and enjoy working in a team. Working with modern IT systems is natural for you; good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally the ERP system Comarch are advantageous. A basic technical education in construction or experience in the building supply industry is an additional plus.
