Wonder Gastro GmbH is looking for a Korean Head Chef for our Korean restaurant in Interlaken. Main duties: - Preparation of authentic Korean dishes - Planning and management of kitchen operations - Development of Korean menus and recipes - Quality control of food and ingredients - Training and supervision of kitchen staff - Ordering and inventory management - Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations Requirements: - Several years of professional experience in Korean cuisine - Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef preferred - Ability to prepare traditional Korean dishes independently - Knowledge of Korean food culture and cooking techniques - Responsible, reliable and team-oriented personality - Korean language skills are an advantage Place of work: Interlaken, Switzerland Employment: Full-time (100%) Start date: Upon agreement
