Our Key Client franchise is a strategic growth pillar, and we are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Key Client Developer to operate at the center of our most important client relationships. The Key Client Management & Family Office team enables our organization to systematically develop and deepen our most valuable client relationships. You act as a strategic co-pilot to Relationship Managers and senior stakeholders, driving the development of our most sophisticated UHNW and family office relationships. You combine investment expertise, commercial acumen, and organizational influence to originate, shape, and execute complex client opportunities. While Relationship Managers retain ownership of the client relationship, you lead in identifying client needs, orchestrating the firm’s full capabilities and designing and delivering high-quality solutions. You ensure seamless execution and deliver a consistent, top-tier client experience across the full lifecycle, including after-sales excellence.
