Tasks Serve as the main contact for assigned clients in various operational areas. Coordinate all internal and external customer interfaces effectively. Ensure compliance with all agreed services in contracts. Skills Commercial or technical education and 5 years in facility management. Strong customer service orientation and engagement skills. Fluent in German and good English communication skills. About the job - Central contact person for assigned customers on operational, strategic and conceptual issues for the entire building and service portfolio - Central control and coordination of all internal and external interfaces with the customer - Ensuring contract-compliant implementation of all agreed services - Consolidation and expansion of a sustainable customer relationship - Preparation and implementation of mandate planning/development and associated active participation and further development in the operational and strategic expansion of the mandate - Creating, evaluating and presenting customer reports in the national languages - Innovation partner for the development of concepts for continuous improvement in cooperation with the client and to ensure/optimise service delivery - Commercial or technical basic training or/and studies in Facility Management/Real Estate - Further training in business administration with a focus on Real Estate is an advantage - At least 5 years of professional experience in operational or strategic facility, property and asset management in a matrix organisation - Strong customer and service orientation, winning manner and high commitment - Experience in creating and implementing strategic concepts and process optimisations - Fluent German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form (mandatory) - Good French skills are an advantage and desired - Organisational talent, networked and analytical thinking as well as solution- and process-oriented working method - Impeccable reputation - Wide range of internal development opportunities - 16 weeks maternity leave - Staff celebrations and appreciation programmes - Attractive own ISS Switzerland pension fund - Discounted mobile subscriptions from Swisscom for the whole family - Employee offer platform with attractive discounts and special conditions - Structured onboarding in the initial phase
