Manage course listings on our website and ERP system. Support customers via phone and email with inquiries. Skills Commercial training and familiarity with Microsoft 365 required. Customer-oriented, flexible, and able to work in a team. Experience in event management or education is a plus. We are looking for reinforcement for our training team at the Rümlang ZH location by arrangement as Commercial Clerk Course Administration 40%-60% Here’s what you’ll be doing: Planning courses in the Western and German-speaking regions of Switzerland Advertising courses on our homepage and in the internal ERP system Supporting/advising customers by phone and email All administrative tasks from the offer to the invoicing of courses Organisation/coordination of instructors, equipment, course venues, catering Preparation and dispatch of course documentation What you should bring: Clearly: commercial know-how, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for new topics and challenges.
