Estimator / Estimator or Construction Manager (Building Construction) m/f/d | 80% - 100% | GLB Oberaargau You have costs, deadlines and quality under control and want to not only accompany construction projects but really make a difference. With us, you take responsibility from estimation to implementation on site. Depending on your strengths, your tasks lie in estimation, construction management or a combination of both. Here is what you will do Independent estimation of building construction projects (tenders, pricing, quotations) Developing variants and optimisation proposals during the offer phase Independent handling of building construction projects Planning and coordination of personnel, materials and subcontractors Ensuring cost, deadline and quality targets Measurement, billing and post-calculation of projects These are your skills and strengths Basic training in the main construction trade (e.g. bricklayer with federal certificate of competence) Further training as construction manager SBA, technician HF construction management or comparable (or in training) Experience in estimating master builder work Entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness Assertiveness as well as leadership and organisational talent What awaits you Being part of the GLB family is great!
