Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. We are seeking a Zurich-based Market Abuse Monitoring Specialist for our Financial & Capital Markets Compliance team. The successful candidate will support our insider monitoring and trade surveillance globally. YOUR CHALLENGE Serve as a trusted market abuse monitoring expert within a Business-Aligned Compliance function, responsible for alert assessments, reporting and escalation of potential breaches globally Deliver regulatory market abuse risk assessments, contributing to the detection and escalation of suspicious transactions across locations Partnered with international and cross-functional stakeholders, including Group General Counsel, Global Compliance, and key business units, to enhance the Group’s adherence to global market regulations and uphold robust best execution practices Continuously aligned frameworks with evolving regulatory requirements to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across jurisdictions YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or (Business) Law Professional experience in within a banking environment is considered an advantage Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, proactive and self-driven, and a deep sense of ownership and accountability Strong communication skills in German and English We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
