To support our Team in Nyon or Neuchâtel, we are looking for a : **Junior Actuarial Consultant (100%)** Open-ended contract, starting from 1 August 2026 **Your responsibilities** * Support of actuarial consultants and accredited pension actuaries in their daily work * Prepare and/or perform actuarial valuations for pension funds and/or plan sponsors * Review and analysis of actuarial assumptions * Review and contribute to the development of actuarial tools * Design and costing of pension plans * Support in the administration and accounting of Swiss pension funds * Perform or review pension benefit calculations for participants * Support ad hoc projects ** ** **Your profile** * Master's degree in Actuarial Science or close related field (Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Finance, etc...) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Fluency in French and English, good knowledge of German is a plus **Our offer** * Development in the field of pension funds * Flexible working hours, annual working time * Autonomy, home office arrangements * Opportunity of working as part of a dynamic team in an international environment * Pleasant working environment with attractive working conditions At Aon, we drive and promote inclusiveness and we built an environment where everyone has opportunities for growth and development.
