Co-manage the youth parliament and promote inclusive structures. Support youth in realizing their ideas through participatory projects. Skills Degree in Social Work or related field with experience in youth support. Strong communication skills and confident public presence. Ability to plan and implement projects independently. To complement our team, we are looking for you from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement as Youth Worker 50-60% City of Baden Part-time Permanent Children and Youth Your tasks Operational management of children’s animation (attendance, project work, deployment planning, professional guidance, offer development, networking) Operational co-management of the youth parliament (planning, coordination, networking, project work) Coordination and co-design in building structures to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in municipal children and youth promotion Supporting young people in implementing their ideas and concerns Planning and implementing participatory projects and events Your profile Degree from a university of applied sciences in social work or equivalent training in a related professional field Professional experience with children and young people, preferably in children and youth promotion Experience in participatory project work Strong communication skills, good presentation skills and a pronounced awareness of role Ability to plan and implement independently, responsibly and conscientiously Fluent German in spoken and written form Willingness to work regular evenings and weekends We offer Meaningful work with perspective.
