Plan and implement educational activities based on our bespoke curriculum. Collaborate closely with parents, fostering a trusting and open communication. Ensure a safe and trusting environment where children feel comfortable and secure. Work closely with your team to maintain and further develop our high-quality standards. What You Bring: CACHE Level 3 Diploma with or without recognition. Passion for working with children and enthusiasm for fostering their development. Team spirit, creativity, and the ability to bring the curriculum to life. Open and confident communication skills with parents, colleagues, and children.
