* IT Technical background * International environment ## About Our Client ## Our client is an international company located in Geneva ## Job Description ## We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Business Analyst to join our client's team in a dynamic international environment. This role is ideal for a professional who started their career in software development and has successfully transitioned into a Business Analyst position. The successful candidate will bring strong technical understanding, combined with business analysis expertise, and will be comfortable working in global, multicultural environments using Agile methodologies. * Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams across international locations * Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from global stakeholders * Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications * Leverage prior development experience to ensure feasibility and technical alignment of solutions * Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams in different regions * Write high-quality documentation including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams in an Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban) * Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) * Support development teams by clarifying requirements and removing ambiguities * Contribute to testing strategies, including UAT, and validate delivered functionalities * Identify opportunities for process improvements and help drive continuous improvement initiatives ## The Successful Applicant ## * Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * Proven experience as an IT Technical Business Analyst, following an initial experience as a Software Developer * Strong understanding of software development processes, architectures, and system integrations * Experience working in international companies, with exposure to global and distributed environments * Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks) * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar * Fluent in English (written and spoken) ## What's on Offer ## * Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * Proven experience as an IT Technical Business Analyst, following an initial experience as a Software Developer * Strong understanding of software development processes, architectures, and system integrations * Experience working in international companies, with exposure to global and distributed environments * Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks) * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar * Fluent in English (written and spoken) Quote job ref JN-062026-7038221 Job Function Information Technology Specialisation IT Business Analysis Industry Industrial / Manufacturing Location Geneva Contract Type Permanent Job Reference JN-062026-7038221
