###### Job Informationen ###### Location: Bern/Worblaufen Workload: 50-60% Your tasks: You-ll be joining our dynamic operations team as a key player in modern contact center integration projects. You-ll work on-site with customers, from our offices, and remotely. Rest assured, you-ll have the support of experienced solution architects and system engineers. As the central contact person for these projects, you-ll ensure they are completed to high standards, on time, and within budget. Your expertise and approachable demeanor will engage and motivate customers, partners, and internal team members. Your profile: Bachelor-s degree in computer science, project management, or engineering More than 5 years of experience leading IT, digital CX, digital product, AI or CRM projects Experience with contact center or calling projects is a plus You-re well-versed in cloud and unified communications technologies; if not, you want to learn Experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions is a plus You enjoy direct contact with customers and partners and have excellent communication skills Experience with leading workshops is greatly appreciated You enjoy working as part of a team, are well-organized, and maintaining structure in your work You are certified in project management and/or agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum, etc.) and ideally, you are ITILv4 certified You are fluent in French and English and as a plus you are business proficient in German ###### Benötigte Skills ###### * PMP * Scrum * Salesforce * Deutsch * Englisch * Französisch * CRM * Projektleitung * Senior * Support * CLOUD * Bachelor
