You bring a strong technical curiosity and are ready to take responsibility in demanding IT and digitalisation projects. Your Tasks Management and control of IT projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from initiation through implementation to operational handover and project completion Responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality targets within the projects Ensuring compliance with quality standards, architectural principles, and security standards Close collaboration with departments and IT to develop sustainable solutions Conducting proof-of-concepts and feasibility analyses Participation in digitalisation initiatives and innovation projects (e.g. automation, AI) Active stakeholder management and coordination of external partners Your Profile Experience in participating in or leading IT and digitalisation projects Solid technical understanding of architecture, integration, and IT infrastructure Ability to structure technical solution approaches, critically question them, and implement pragmatically Experience with complex IT and heterogeneous system landscapes Interest in and ideally practical experience with modern technologies (e.g. automation, AI) High implementation orientation as well as willingness to take responsibility and develop further Proactive advancement of topics rather than waiting for perfect conditions Confident handling of stakeholders from business and IT as well as external partners High motivation, willingness to learn, and personal responsibility Willingness to travel domestically and abroad (approx. 10-20%) Very good German and English skills Our Benefits At least 5 weeks’ holiday, up to 6 weeks depending on age and role in the company Private accident insurance with worldwide coverage Monthly sponsorship contribution when leasing a new Mercedes-Benz or smart vehicle Participation in a fitness annual subscription Financial recognition for employee loyalty every 5 years Attractive discounts with numerous suppliers, insurers, and service providers Have we piqued your interest?
