* Mandatory experience in public procurement * Strong exposure to IT services procurement ## About Our Client ## Our client is a large international organisation based in Geneva, operating in a complex and fast-paced environment. ## Job Description ## * Manage end-to-end procurement processes (tendering, evaluation, award) * Handle contract management throughout the lifecycle (renewals, amendments, performance monitoring) * Lead procurement of IT services, including cloud and security-related contracts * Support and advise internal stakeholders (including IT/CTO teams) on procurement strategy * Conduct supplier negotiations and ensure compliance with procurement rules * Ensure proper documentation and reporting within procurement systems * Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance * Support ongoing digital and innovation projects, including AI-related initiatives ## The Successful Applicant ## * Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement (ideally 5-8 years) * Mandatory experience in public procurement * Strong exposure to IT services procurement (cloud is a strong advantage) * Proven experience in contract management and supplier negotiations * Ability to be autonomous and quickly operational * Fluent English (C1 minimum) is mandatory; French is a strong asset * Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior IT leadership ## What's on Offer ## * 6-month temporary assignment starting early August * Opportunity to work on strategic IT and cloud procurement projects * Exposure to an international and high-level environment * Dynamic role within a team of 5 procurement professionals Quote job ref JN-062026-7043264 Job Function Logistics, Procurement & Supply Chain Specialisation Indirect Procurement Industry Not For Profit Location Geneva Contract Type Interim Job Reference JN-062026-7043264
