With flat hierarchies, direct access to decision-makers, and a strong focus on automation, you will grow rapidly through real responsibility and tangible success. ### Benefits ### * Direct impact on performance: Independently analyse and select long-only funds, hedge funds, and managers across a broad multi-asset universe, directly shaping the results of a renowned product range. * End-to-end exposure: Cover the full value chain in asset management - from quantitative and qualitative due diligence to trading, cash management, and reporting - ensuring steep learning and broad expertise. * Tech-driven environment: Use and expand your Excel, Python, and SQL skills to automate processes and co-develop investment, trading, and reporting tools in a team that actively embraces technology. ### Role Responsibilities ### * Drive manager and fund selection: Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative due diligence on long-only funds, hedge funds, and external managers, ensuring optimal allocation within the firm-s multi-asset strategies. * Own key investment processes: Support and execute cash management, trade placement, reconciliation and portfolio monitoring, linking your daily work directly to the performance of a multi-billion USD platform. * Enable informed decisions: Prepare Investment Committee materials and regular client and internal reports, contributing to data-driven decisions and the continued outperformance of the product suite. ### Requirements ### * Solid academic & professional foundation: University degree in finance, economics, or a related field, ideally complemented by a completed or ongoing CFA/CIIA, and 2-3 years of experience in investment management - a platform to elevate your expertise to the next level. * Strong analytical & technical toolkit: Deep understanding of global financial markets and cross-asset correlations, excellent quantitative skills and advanced Excel; Python and SQL knowledge give you the chance to shape and automate key processes. * Proactive team player: Proficient in English (written and spoken), with German as a plus, and a self-driven mindset that allows you to communicate clearly, take initiative, and lead projects in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. ### ###
