## Hexagon-s Geosystems Business Area provides digital solutions that capture, measure and visualise the physical world, enabling data-driven transformation. ## As an Internship Product Engineer at Leica Geosystems, you will join a hands-on team focused on testing and validating hardware and software solutions. You will support product development and contribute to new releases. With a strong focus on practical execution, you will help ensure high quality standards and translate customer needs into technical requirements. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in surveying or geomatics who want to develop their technical skills in a real-world product environment. # Internship Product Engineer (m/f/d) # Heerbrugg 100% ## This appeals to you ## * Be part of a multicultural and agile product management team driving innovation in the field of total stations and software for the construction industry * Contribute to new hardware and software releases * Test hardware and software to ensure our solutions meet Leica Geosystems- high quality standards * Understand customer-specific requirements and translate them into product specifications * Support the product management team in day-to-day activities * Contribute to competitive benchmarking and the development of product improvement strategies * Creation of training materials   ## This is you ## * Currently studying or holding a degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a similar discipline, with a strong interest in technical product environments * Available for a minimum of 6 months and motivated to gain hands-on industry experience in a real-world setting * Solution-oriented mindset with a strong interest of structured problem-solving, especially in technical or product-related challenges * Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams while also being able to take ownership and work independently when required * Creative and proactive, with a strong interest in bringing in own ideas to improve processes, products, or ways of working * Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills would be considered a plus ## We offer you ## * Flexible working hours based on a 40-hour week, at 100% employment for 6 months Various Discounts (Health, Car, Entertainment and much more) Employee Events Flat hierarchy structure Warm and international corporate culture based on respect and cooperation findest du weitere Informationen zu uns als Arbeitgeberin. ## About us ## Hexagon is a leading provider of digital reality solutions and employs more than 24,000 people in 50 countries.
