To strengthen our team in the Marketing Department, we are looking for a dedicated **Junior Event Manager (a), 100% as an internship**   **Your Tasks:** * Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer visits and on-site events * Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and corporate events, ensuring a professional guest experience * Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, materials, and schedules * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery * Provide on-site support before, during, and after events * Support the planning and execution of HR-related and employer branding events * Assist in the management of event materials, giveaways, and promotional items * Track event activities, timelines, and follow-up actions * Contribute to the continuous improvement of event processes and participant experience * Support senior event managers in cross-functional event projects   **Your Profile:** * Completed or ongoing education in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field * First practical experience in event management, marketing, hospitality, or project coordination * Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment * Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Team-oriented and service-minded approach * Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools is an advantage * Very good German and English language skills * Flexibility to support events outside regular office hours when required   **Our offer:** * A dynamic and rapidly growing work environment with internal development and training opportunities * Company-run daycare center on the Bachem Campus in Bubendorf * 60% coverage of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as option for extra-mandatory pension provision with our Pension Plan Plus * Access to benefits platforms with discounts from external partners * A wide range of free sports activities on the Bachem Campus   Would you like to drive innovation together with us?
