Tasks As part of our Network Management team, you will support strategic planning activities, contribute to cross-functional projects, and gain valuable experience in airline network development within the Lufthansa Group. Support of various projects in network and fleet planning, Network-related coordination amongst Lufthansa Group hub airlines and with other departments within SWISS, Following familiarization phase, takeover of own, independent sub-projects, Creation of quantitative ad-hoc analyses, network key performance indicators (KPIs) and market reports, Active participation in various monthly review meetings (route profitability, fleet wet lease, etc.). If you enjoy working with data, solving complex problems and contributing to strategic decisions, you'll thrive in this international environment. HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates in aviation, economics or business administration (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters), Strong analytical, conceptual, and structural thinking skills, A proactive, collaborative mindset with the initiative to drive projects forward, Proven interest and enthusiasm for the aviation industry, Excellent English: additional languages are a plus (e.g.: German), Very good MS Office skills with focus on Excel, PowerPoint; additional IT skills are welcome (e.g.: Power BI).
