Your responsibilities HR Training Organisation & Monitoring Organize and coordinate onsite and international training sessions (scheduling, logistics, materials, communication) Monitor and maintain the initial training program for Swiss and international employees Organize and monitor compliance trainings across regions Administer e‑learning platforms (GO1/eQMS) (course assignments, tracking, reporting) Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors Routine HR Administration & Communication Support Prepare IT Access Management and other forms Prepare onboarding materials for new hires, send out employee birthday gifts Maintain and update evacuation drill lists Track Annual performance review process Publish job advertisements and other communications on LinkedIn Support HR publications and updates on SharePoint (i.e. organizational chart) Prepare and distribute HR communications across international teams Time & Absence Management User and Badge management Support HR Specialists in monthly lock the months. Enter routine corrections i.e. enter public holidays Conduct Mobatime training for new hires Reception & Event Organisation Welcome visitors, assure proper registration and badge Ensure phone call reception of main line Organize Apéros and employee events and hospitality arrangements for visitors (i.e. hotel bookings) Ensures proper handling of HR Invoices, POs and supplier management Training of Apprentice (1st year) Plan apprentice tasks, supervise performance and development. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in HR and training administration Initial experience in HR, training coordination, or administration is an advantage Experience in an international or multicultural environment is a plus Experience in train apprentices Familiarity with HR systems and e‑learning platforms is beneficial Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and coordination skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information Languages: Fluent in English and German or French; additional languages are a plus Important Issues: No Home Office Work and present Working time from 08.00 - 12.00 // 13.00 - 17.00 is a Must
