As an International Business Development Manager, you'll shape strategies for Western Europe and North America, working within the dynamic FMCG sector. Drive business growth in coffee-compatible capsule markets across Western Europe and North America. Develop and implement strategic plans for international FMCG food markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion. Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions for customers. What do you offer? Education: Bachelor's degree (university / university of applied science) Specialization: Completed MBA or Bachelor's degree, ideally in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an international FMCG company, ideally in the food or coffee sector. Expertise in the FMCG food industry; coffee experience is a strong advantage. Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%). Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems.
