They bring foundational expertise in systems engineering\-specifically understanding the interplay between mechanics, electronics, and software in instrument development\-alongside strong proficiency in statistical data analysis. Fluency in English and a solid command of German, combined with exposure to medical device development or tools like , JMP, and Azure DevOps, make them a perfect fit. Independently or with minimal support, plan, execute, and document integration activities such as feasibility studies, testing and troubleshooting. Develop and verify test methods for instrument testing, maintain and execute complex test cases, and ensure formal testing of instrument functionality. Support and execute troubleshooting and root cause analysis for instrument issues. Apply statistical methods and data analysis using software tools to evaluate test results, identify trends and correlations, interpret findings, and generate reports that inform decision\-making Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration, bringing fresh ideas to the table, encouraging innovation, and supporting continuous improvement. Gesuchtes Profil Apprenticeship as a Chemical Laboratory Technician/ Biotechnologist, or a . degree (or higher) in a relevant technical or scientific field, combined with strong analytical thinking skills. 1\-3 years of experience in a laboratory environment (experience gained during an apprenticeship or vocational training is fully credited) Foundational knowledge of systems engineering and understanding of interactions between mechanical, electronic, and software components in instrument development.
