To strengthen its dynamic and committed team, we are looking for a: EPFL/University of Applied Sciences Civil Engineer – Infrastructure Project Manager (m/f/d) Lausanne or Geneva 80 to 100% Build the infrastructures that will shape tomorrow's mobility Within a multidisciplinary team recognised for its expertise and collaborative spirit, you contribute to the development of strategic projects with high added value in the fields of road and rail infrastructures. Your responsibilities As a true project leader, you take charge of the entire life cycle of the assignments entrusted to you and ensure their success, both technically and organisationally. In this capacity, you will be required to: Design, coordinate and develop large-scale regional infrastructure projects; Ensure overall project management, guaranteeing control of costs, deadlines and quality of services; Supervise and support a project team composed of engineers and draftsmen; Work closely with specialists and internal centres of expertise to provide the most appropriate solutions to the challenges encountered; Integrate sustainable development principles into studies, analyses and technical choices to promote responsible and lasting infrastructures; Maintain constructive exchanges with the various partners and stakeholders of the project. Your profile You hold a degree from an EPFL, a University of Applied Sciences in civil engineering or have an equivalent qualification; You have proven experience in the implementation of road and/or rail infrastructure projects; Ideally, you have held a project manager position and can rely on significant references; You appreciate collaborative work and demonstrate ease in interpersonal relations; You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written; Organised and autonomous, you know how to manage your priorities efficiently; You are recognised for your dynamism, sense of responsibility and ability to manage several topics simultaneously with rigour.
