* Life Sciences - Validation & Qualification * Wallis * Contracting * Vollzeit * July 2026 - 12 months * GMP **Main tasks:** **Equipment Management & Reliability** * Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of small equipment in accordance with defined quality and operational criteria. * Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. * Monitor equipment performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and lifecycle management. **Subject Matter Expertise (SME)** * Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for small equipment within CAPEX projects. * Provide technical input during design, selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and qualification phases. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Validation, and Operations teams to ensure proper integration and compliance. **Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement** * Evaluate test results, identify deviations, and troubleshoot equipment-related issues. * Perform root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). * Provide recommendations for process improvements, system upgrades, and optimization initiatives. **GMP & Quality Compliance** * Ensure full compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. * Perform GMP activities strictly according to applicable procedures and documentation requirements. * Support cGMP manufacturing operations in alignment with Engineering responsibilities. * Author, review, and maintain GMP-relevant documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and technical reports. * Prepare and review quality records such as deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and investigations. **Audit & Inspection Support** * Represent the department or unit during internal and external audits, inspections, and customer visits. * Ensure readiness of documentation and systems for audit purposes and address findings appropriately. **Operational Support & Collaboration** * Support the strategic objectives of Warehouse Operations and contribute to overall business performance. * Identify emerging operational issues and ensure timely and effective communication within the Operations and Engineering departments. * Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment of engineering activities with production and quality goals. **Safety, Health, and Environmental Compliance** * Act in full accordance with company policies regarding safety, hygiene, environmental protection, and quality standards. * Proactively identify risks and support initiatives aimed at improving workplace safety and environmental performance.   **What you bring:** * At least 5 years of experience in relevant field * German and English required
