Job Description Participate in clinical assessment, monitor the patient’s progress and adapt the care plan; Manage crisis situations and contribute to maintaining a safe therapeutic environment; Participate in therapeutic and medical measures, ensuring delegated care and treatment follow-up; Work interdisciplinarily within an individualised care approach; Conduct individual interviews as well as medical-nursing interviews. Develop quality collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, internal partners and regional care networks; Contribute to supporting patients with a focus on stabilisation, risk reduction, resource mobilisation and continuity of care. Qualifications You hold a HES or ES nursing diploma, or an equivalent recognised qualification; Professional experience in the field of addictions and/or psychiatry is desirable; You are comfortable using computer tools; You appreciate interdisciplinary work and collaboration with the network; You demonstrate flexibility, motivation and a good team spirit; You have good integration, adaptation and communication skills; You are dynamic, committed and able to take a step back in complex situations; You hold a driving licence.
