About the job We are seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team We are seeking a Human Resources Director with a solid track record as a Human Resources Leader in both international and SME environments in Switzerland. Reporting to the Director General and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Human Resources Director is responsible for setting up and rolling out a clear HR roadmap aligned with both Global HR processes and Collège du Léman’s strategic plan. The role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence. The Human Resources Director is key to embodying and promoting the school’s values and culture. He/She oversees HR Programs and main processes (Talent Management, Budget preparation and review, Compensation, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Time Management...), supports the management team on all HR related questions and promotes organisational effectiveness and agility.
