On behalf of an international organization based in Lausanne, we are searching for a HR Operations Specialist (H/F) 18 months temporary assignment DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION You manage the whole HR employe lifecycle (onboarding, internal changes, offboarding) You draft employments contracts, amendments and all required contractual documentation You prepare employment certificates, attestations and other official HR documents You process mutations and maintain employee data in SAP You coordinate and handle all HR administration matters (work permit applications, Swiss social security process : AVS, APG, LPP) You handle employee time management (vacation, absence, overtime, system issues and troubleshooting) You act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative related queries, providing guidance and assisting with problem resolution You ensure compliance with legal and administrative HR requirements PROFIL ATTENDU Professional experience within an international environment and proven experience (2-3 years) in HR administration A keen interest in HR administration matters Very good knowledge of swiss labor laws (regulations, data protection) Very good command of English (C1) and French Open to a long temporary assignment
