For our client, an international organisation, we are currently looking for an interim HR Manager for a period of 3-6 months. Our client is a well-known international organisation. Description Manage recruitment processes in Switzerland an internationally, from defining needs to offer management Support and accompany line managers with any specific requests Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively Support the HR Assistant with the management of payroll processes and HR Administration Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required Support with the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies Profile Previous experience within a small to mid-sized company within an HR Manager role Ability to manage HR operations in Switzerland and oversee them in international organisations Strong sense of diplomacy and ability to handle key stakeholders within the organisation Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
