* 3-6 month interim role for an international HR Manager * International organisation, based in Lausanne ## About Our Client ## Our client is a well-known international organisation. ## Job Description ## * Manage recruitment processes in Switzerland an internationally, from defining needs to offer management * Support and accompany line managers with any specific requests * Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively * Support the HR Assistant with the management of payroll processes and HR Administration * Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required * Support with the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies ## The Successful Applicant ## * Previous experience within a small to mid-sized company within an HR Manager role * Ability to manage HR operations in Switzerland and oversee them in international organisations * Strong sense of diplomacy and ability to handle key stakeholders within the organisation * Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. * Fluency in English and French * Immediately available for an interim role ## What's on Offer ## Our client offers you: * Flexible working conditions: 60-100% * Possibility of working from home Quote job ref JN-062026-7043633 Job Function Human Resources Specialisation HR Manager Industry Not For Profit Location Lausanne Contract Type Interim Job Reference JN-062026-7043633 Job Nature Home Office
