We're seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team in Muri, AG. This role offers a collaborative and supportive work environment with great benefits. Tasks Manage end-to-end HR support for employees and leaders in Operations. Advise and coach staff and management on HR matters. Enhance SuccessFactors modules and lead training initiatives. Skills Solid knowledge of the Employee Life Cycle Management, especially in recruitment. Strong understanding of labor law and HR systems. Experience in talent management and employee development. HR Manager 100% (m/f/d) Muri, AG YOUR TASKS End-to-end HR support for employees and managers in the support area (Operations) Advising and coaching employees and managers Continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors modules EC and UKG, SuperUser Designing training content for the «Digital University» and leading its implementation as well as actively assisting with personnel and leadership development elements YOUR PROFILE Sound knowledge of all steps of Employee Life Cycle Management including recruitment, ideally in a manufacturing environment Ability to convey complex content in a recipient-oriented manner, also in the role of practical trainer Good knowledge of labour law and interest in HR process and system landscape Experience in talent management and personnel development Open, resilient team player with initiative and an affinity for digital processes
